Annual Day Function
Vidyalaya celebrated Annual Day on 29 April 2010 in Puneet Dutt Auditorium with great pomp and show. The Programme started with the lighting of the lamp by Col A K Verma, Nominee Chairman, VMC, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. I/C Principal Dr T P Shukla formally welcomed the Chief Guest and presented the Annual Report 2009-10.
The meritorious students who excelled in various fields during the session were awarded by Mrs Anita Verma. Col A K Verma spoke a few words of encouragement and showered his blessings on the students. He said that the teachers are like potters who mold the character and future of the students. He also emphasized on to develop reading habits.
A cultural programme showcased the talents of the students of the Vidyalaya. The programme ended with vote of thanks. |

Programme on Disaster Management
A programme on Disaster Management was held in the Vidyalaya on 06.11.2009 under the leadership of Ms Prerna Dwivedi, who is associated with MSW Department, Lucknow University. THe Chief Guest of the program was Mr. Kumar Deepak who is the State Coordinator and Support Officer of Disaster Management, Uttar Pradesh Government. Mr Kashif, lecturer, MSW Department, Lucknow University was also present in this Program. Kumar Avlokiteshwar Singh, Arti Kushwaha, Tahir Adeel and Afiya Bano, students of MSW I year Lucknow University were also there for support.
Principal of the Vidyalaya Shri J P Yadav welcomed the Chief Guest and other members associated with the programme. Principal also emphasized on the importance and need of awareness about the Disaster Management at school level. the main focus of this programme was 'Earthquake' that is one of the most important natural disaster. All the students and staff members attended this programme held at the prayer ground from 08:30am to 09:30 am.
